1.1. SHIPPING POLICY

All products available on the website are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers to the address provided at the time of purchase. Our “Free Shipping” service, with a fixed cost of R$0.00, takes 15 to 35 business days (after the product is posted), depending on the location. The product is shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

Orders placed via bank slip take 1 to 3 days to confirm payment in our system.

We provide a tracking code so customers can track the delivery progress of their order.

Please note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, and other situations beyond our control.

The store guarantees delivery of your order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are misplaced or lost during the delivery process. All products are shipped with loss insurance and free online tracking, ensuring delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. INSURED SHIPPING

“If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days of posting, the amount paid will be fully refunded on that date.”

Please note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So, if you receive one product first and then another, don’t worry, this is completely normal.

1.3. ORDER TRACKING

Products will be shipped by Correios or another carrier. There will always be a tracking code that allows the customer to track the delivery progress. Our website is committed to providing instructions on how to track their order. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available on our website.

The order tracking code will be sent within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS (ATTENTION)

2.1. CARE WITH ORDER ADDRESSES

Our website will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address you request. Therefore, to avoid any problems with the delivery of your order, please be careful when entering the address where you wish to receive your order.

2.2. RECIPIENT ABSENT

Please ensure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Brazilian Postal Service makes three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package on any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office. In this case, the recipient will be required to pick up the package at the post office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient fails to pick up the package, the package will be returned to the sender, and the product will need to be resent at no cost.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office where the recipient should pick up the package in the event of absence, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Brazilian Postal Service website using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Our website is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses for orders placed in the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the Postal Service will return the package to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not successful due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer or the product not being picked up at the post office, the customer is entitled to a refund or reshipment at no cost.

2.4. TAXED AND CHARGED PRODUCTS

If any shipping fees or taxes are charged, this will be the responsibility of our website. Rest assured, you only pay the price stated on the website.
