6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP? AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option you chose.After your order is shipped, we will email you your tracking number and tracking website (the one you provided with your order). The order processing and shipping time will be 3 to 5 business days. After this period, the tracking code will be sent to the email address you provided during registration for real-time tracking.We are not responsible for any delays caused by the Post Office.

8. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
The delivery time for products with our “Free Shipping” with a fixed cost of R$0.00 takes 15 to 35 days after the posting date.
We send the tracking code within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation to the email address registered at the time of purchase.
Some products take a long time in Curitiba due to inspections by the Federal Revenue Service, which checks all packages entering Brazil. Since they are overloaded, this sometimes significantly delays deliveries. You’ll have to wait for delivery, but don’t worry, your item will arrive.
We work with suppliers in Asia. When ordering more than one item, you may receive more than one tracking code, and shipping may occur on different dates.
